Unfortunately we can not gaurantee livestock orders due to carriers. We will make some arrangement for livestock that is lost at our discretion. We prefer person to person contact. This way the frogs are healthy and are not stressed from state to state travel. Ask us when we'll be at your local reptile show. You never know where we'll pop up! 6. As mentioned in #5 all sales are final. We will make refunds at our own discretion, and if paypal charges us for any refunds, the customer is responsible for this. We will take it out of the money that has been paid to us. If we feel that a refund is due, we will refund your money back. We are fair people and we try to make fair decisions. Our products are based on an as is basis. "AS IS"; is defined as the original state in which the product has not been changed by the producer or provider. Our animals are not considered an "AS IS" item. All animals will have pictures taken of them (for quality purposes) and be rushed to our customers in a timely manner if shipping is necessary. Please see #11 for our final thought. PS: E-checks are ok, but they must clear before we send out the package, sorry we have been burned too many times. Also all animals are sold outwardly healthy. Thanks. 7. All transactions are secure. We use PAYPAL (Owned and run by EBAY), which is one of the best online banking networks on the net. We are also Paypal Verified, this means our bank account has been verified with Paypal as a legit account in the US. 8. All company logos and trademarks are the property of ATL Frog. Copying and using without permission is prohibited. 9. Product and Shipping cost must be paid in full at the time of purchase, so as not to incur additional charges (WE won't ship, if YOU don't pay.). 10. Professional quality photos are based on our opinion. No professional has evaluated these photos. 11. By ordering items from our site, doing business or communicating to us in any form, you release ATLFROG.com and its owners, workers, affiliates, etc. from any legal litigation. We heavily document all emails, purchase orders, etc. for our records to better our business and dealings with our customers. Also at anytime our phone calls can possibly be recorded for quality assurance. Simply we feel that If you do not agree with our business practices please do not do business with us. Echecks are ok as a payment, but remember it takes 3-5 days to clear and we will not send out any packages or shipments until money is cleared by paypal. 31. When we are working for animals, client pays for all shipping charges. We also reserve the right to cancel our agreement to make a website or logo at anytime and no animals will be paid to us if we decide to walk away from the deal. BUT if we do complete a project you will receive a small *.jpg or *.gif with a watermark to show you what we have done. When we receive the animal we will then send you the final draft.
