Shipping and Disclaimer

Shipping will be done through either UPS or FedEx only for animals. Feeder Insects are shipped USPS, or otherwise noted. You do have the option to use someone else but you must specify who and pay the extra charges. Other products, supplies, books, etc, you will have the option of choosing that yourself. Due to being an affliated group we are trying to solve ways to have different categories mixed and shipped at the same time. We will eventually figure this out. All animals shipped have been photographed and documented for the purpose to defer fraud. Lastly, any products bought through our affiliate programs must be disputed through them. Thank you. Please read our policies below.

1. All pictures unless otherwise noted are stock Images. If you right click on them the name of the file is the owners information. DO NOT use unless you have paid for these pictures, as I have. 2. All packages must have insurance on them, so that if the carrier is at fault for killing the animal or destroying your package they can replace it. We do provide heat and cold packs, but FF's will become sterile if they are kept at too high of temps, as well as they would or could die. Too cold well they just die. 3. All animals are sold outwardly healthy. Animals must be documented, pictures taken of the heads and body, and sent to ATLFROG.com within 24 hrs, Otherwise the order is VOID. Any packages left outside or not signed for on the day they are shipped are VOID. All sales are final and no refunds will be givin' unless it is warranted. We are a fair group and we will take care of you the best we can. 4. ALL ORDERS SENT without insurance WILL BE VOID and if temps are below 32F and Higher than 80F they will also be VOID as well. The safety of the animal and insects is our mission. 5. By doing business, communication, viewing, etc. you will adhere to our policies and disclaimers of this site. You will also release ATLFROG.com and its affliates from any legal litigation if you do not follow our shipping procedures (rules) and policies. 6. We do not sell, pass on, or otherwise do anything with your info as it is yours not ours. There are a few exceptions though, if you suspect and can prove fraud we will report your address and information to the authories and you will be dealt with accordingly. 7. All pictures that are ATLFROG.com's are the sole property of this site and owner, expicit permission is required. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. 8. Any information taken from any of our books, must be sited as well as a link to our website if used on a site. If you like to help distrubte the book or resell it, please notify ATLFROG.com's staff. 9. All Spammers, etc. will be banned and removed. 10. Not all companies that are seen on this site is an affiliated or associated with ATLFROG.com
