1) We do not in any way sell a clients info to a second or third party. Our clients information's is kept safe from others. 2)Any pictures is the sole property of G.S.I. Other images that are borrowed or stated as "Free" will be identified. IE. The candle on the about page is from dailykos.com 3)Any donations that are received in this site is for fuel costs, and to update our equipment. We are nonprofit group and we would like to stay this way. All donations will be accompanied by a receipt and is a tax write off at the end of the year. 4)Any media that is captured will not under any circumstances be altered. What you hear or see at the "reveal" section of our investigation is what you get. 5)G.S.I. conducts each investigation with a scientific approach with an open mind. We take our jobs very seriously as we like to present actual evidence rather than "what ifs." 6)G.S.I. is not responsible for anything that a ghost, entity, or spirit does while under the investigation. We respect your home, property and/or business. The way we see it will be the way we left it. We will do our best to get rid of any spirits, ghosts or entities when asked. 7)The client as well as new members that are not founding members will relieve G.S.I. and their affiliates from all and any litigation while performing any and all investigations. By inviting us to your home, property, or business or email/telephone communications, you automatically agree to all of our policies. 8)Results from any/all investigation(s) belong to G.S.I. and we can use it on our site, video or any other media as the clients home address will be concealed, except the town and state you live in. We can make some arrangements if the client insists on being completely anonymous. 9)Any information on this site is based on experience or otherwise noted. All findings during any of our investigations were not altered or changed at anytime (Educational Purposes Only). 10)Information on this site can change at any time. 11)All dues paid are nonrefundable. They will help update equipment, fuel costs or anything that will help in our research or investigations. 12) This program, Paranormal Research Filer, is protected by all copyright laws. Do not modify, change or copy this program without the explicit permissions from the creator and its owners. 13) This program, , Paranormal Research Filer, can be reinstalled on the first computer you had it on. The first computer has registered it into the system so you will not have to get a new serial number. BUT if you want to install it on a new computer, you must pay an additional full retail price or discounted price (at the discretion of the owners) to use it on a new computer. So install it on the computer you will be using it on most frequently. 14)All sales are final when purchasing anything from our site or advertising posts. We use the money generated to finance our investigations. If we feel that we need to make an exception we will at our own discretion (We are pretty fair people.). 15)The program Paranormal Research Filer shares the same language as some viruses and some Virus Protection programs think that this program is. It's not a virus, just a tool to help out in investigations and remember any program and be a virus. 16)Any money given to us and has not responsed to within 7days of payment, will be considered a donation to G.S.I. If the payment was for the program, please send the program serial number so we can send you the new serial number to activate the demo program. We hold the right to refund money at our own leisure. We are fair people but we spend a lot of time emailing, calling, sending letters, etc. while we could be out there investigating someone's home who really needs helps. That is we have this rule in place. We do not make money for being a part of the group and any money generated goes to our investigations, new equipment, education, etc. We are a not-for-profit group and we like to stay that way. So remember to ready all of our policies.
